We have two girls that attend Suncoast Gymnastics Academy. This gym has been around for a long time and is very reputable. I even attended there when I was a child. Not only are the owners wonderful and caring, but the staff is excellent. They have many classes to accommodate numerous schedules with multiple locations as well. Our girls love gymnastics and we are hopeful to be there for many years to come.

Dear Mr. Arnold and Coaches,
Gymnastics changed my life. When I was only Three years old, I wanted to do something I could get my energy out. While most of my friends were doing "Cheerleaders or Dancing", I was thinking well shouldn't I do it too, but NO.
Until one day my Mom was saying ,when she was a little girl she did Gymnastics, so I went to go to try it out at Suncoast Gymnastics Academy, and I fell in love with the Bars, Beams, Vault and smooth Floor. So, after few years of Recreational Gymnastics training, I realized that I love to competed and Gymnastics is a Competitive Sport and I asked my Mom if, I can do Competitive Gymnastics and she said you can do it only if you keep your School grades up to A's and B's ,and that was okay with me.

Salma's health physical and mental is extraordinary excellent! Because of Gymnastics, she focus better, has longer spam of concentration for homework, studies and learning, her eating habits has increase/ she was a picked eater and now eats healthy food, she is able to reach her goals, she does her best in anything she does, love sports, keep her grades always at her best, as a result to keep her school grades to A' and B's her academics are up to the top.
And most important , she is growing in an excellent safe and positive environment, Suncoast Gymnastics is the best.
