Our Girl's Recreational Program takes "Where learning never stops" to heart. We offer classes for all levels of ability and interest. Beam, bars, floor, and vault during your athlete's practice to give them the full Olympic gymnastics experience.

At Suncoast Ninja Academy, we’ve crafted a program to give children the skills and confidence to continue learning and developing.

The Ninja program combines the following:

A child’s progression is determined by their own pace, giving them the tools to shape their experience. By letting children advance individually within a defined and collaborative program, children of all ages and genders receive more than athletic gifts. They’re strong, confident kids.

Bounce, Flip, Tumble!  Suncoast Trampoline and Tumbling offer a program to everyone from 3 to 16 years old!  Come learn how to "Flip Above The Rest"!  Whether you're in our TNT TIGERS (Ages 3-4), Recreational (5+), or our competitive team, we are sure you will bounce with joy for this program!  We also offer CHEER Tumbling!

A high-quality dance program for boys and girls ages 2 - 18 is available at Suncoast! Recreational and competitive opportunities include a winter and spring program with recitals and other events.  Summer camps are offered! Professionally trained instructors who provide developmentally appropriate classes in tap, ballet, jazz, and hip hop to appeal to all interests and create a well-rounded dancer.
